Work is priced per job, not on an hourly rate. So you know exactly what you're paying up front.
Rent Inspection/One-Offclean. Great if you haven't had the time ( or inclination! ) for regular housework. If you are selling your property & want it to look it's best for a viewing. Had a party that might of got slightly out of hand & you can't face the clean up! Also good if you are renting & having a landlord or real estate inspection.
End-of lease/VacateorHand Overcleans. If you are vacating a rented property & need a professional clean to have your bond returned. Sold your property & handing over to new owners. Bought a property & would like it thoroughly cleaned before moving in.
Builder & Renovationcleans are required once a property has been built & needs to be handed over to the owners or tenants. Also if you have had renovation work completed on your property. If you are a builder & don't have either the time or staff to finish the final hand over clean.
Window Cleaningcan be done with any of the above cleans, or as a separate requirement.
