Our Learning Coaches have intensive training in the principles of learning science. The unique application of these principles is the hallmark of our instructional approach. I individually train each learning coach along with other Senior Learning Coaches. This helps them to reach an expert level of proficiency in implementing the Fit Learning Method of instruction.
The same methods which are used train the students are used in the training of our Learning Coaches. Our Coaches acquire exemplary instructional skills, which help them to create dynamic and rewarding learning experiences.
