Some stress and anxiety is normal, e.g., when faced with a new situation. If this response gets magnified and becomes persistent or too frequent, it can cause issues.

  • Standard 55 minute consultation - $120 (Concession $100)
  • Three 55 minute consultations - anxiety package - $330 (Concession $300)
As I am a member of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association, rebates are also available from health funds (depending on your cover)

Anxiety Package

I offer a specific package of three sessions for anxiety treatment, which is recommended if anxiety involves several areas of your life. During the treatment, we will work together to analyse the source of any anxiety, and then together construct better ways of dealing with any thoughts or situations which cause anxiety. You will also get a chance to practice these new ways of responding to the situations that currently cause you anxiety.

If appropriate, we may also discuss mindfulness - a very useful life skill! It involves living in the present moment, and not thinking and worrying about past events (rumination), or forthcoming events (negative anticipation). It can have beneficial effects for everyone, and can have a very positive effect on anxiety.
