Located just a 20 minute drive north of Perth along the coast is the perfect spot for a family day out. There is a wide array of restaurants and bars to choose from as well as lots of stores to browse local merchandise. Stroll along the harbour to see the yachts and speed boats which call Hillarys Boat Harbour home and stop for a snack at one of the ice scream shops. The kids will enjoy the water park with water slides and mini golf. Or you can take a short trip to the nearby sandy beaches which offer safe swimming and good fishing.

The Aquarium of Western Australia is also located here which is both educational and fascinating for everyone. Whale watching tours and the ferry to Rottnest Island operate out of here. There are self contained apartments located on the water.
